American Toners, LLC. products are guaranteed to perform to Original Equipment Manufacturers Specifications. Any American Toners, LLC or Original Manufactures product which performs below these standards will be replaced upon notification.
Defective Unit Replacement
In the event a defective unit occurs, it will be replaced "no questions asked". The defective unit will be picked up via UPS and returned to our vendor for evaluation to maintain quality standards.
Need for Service
Any product provided by American Toners, LLC. which requires a need for service to your machine will be paid for by American Toners, LLC or our vendor. In the event that it is determined that an American Toners cartridge has caused your machine to fail, us or our vendor, we will cover up to $80.00 per service.
Empty Cartridge Return Process
American Toners, LLC. will pick up any used cartridges as requested by our customers. In the event you have empty cartridges contact us at 866-749-7742 and our vendor will issue a UPS call tag to pick up your empties at no charge to you.
